- Get 1 tbs Erythritol
- You need 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Get 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Take 1/4 tsp salt

- You need 1/2 cup buttermilk
- You need 1 egg
- Use 2 tbs sour cream
- Provide 1 tbs melted unsalted butter

- Combine dry ingredients together (coconut flour down to the xanthan gum)
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl (buttermilk down to the melted butter).
- Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
