- Prepare 200 ml buttermilk
- You need 1 egg white
- Provide 1 tbsp melted butter
- You need 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Take 1 1/2 cups flour

- Wait till top starts to bubble and bottom is stiff and brown. Then FLIP. Let cook for another 1 minute.
