Steps to make Simple Tawa Pulao:
- This simple Tawa Pulao can be done in a jiffy, using left over rice, else rice has to be cooked separately and cooled.
- Cut the onions length wise, carrots into juliennes & boil the green peas as well.

- Once its done, add the capsicum (if you have), then carrots, potatoes and green peas and add some more salt and cook for five minutes.
- Now add turmeric powder, pepper powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, pav bahji masala and finally add the tomato puree. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the rice now and mix well. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
