- You need 5 cups cooked rice, cold
- Use 2 lbs bulk Italian sausage
- You need 1 lg. Onion, diced
- Use 3 celery ribs with leaves, diced
- You need I bell pepper (whatever you have), diced
- Provide 6 garlic cloves, minced
- You need 1/2 cup kalamata olives, drained & diced
- You need 1 can artichoke hearts, diced
- Use 1/2 pkg. pepperoni slices, cut in half
