  1. Prepare 2 lb chicken breasts (thin)
  2. Provide 1 can Tomato soup (don't add water)
  3. Use 2 can Corn (I use fire roasted)
  4. You need 1 can Rotel (any kind)
  5. Provide 1 envelope Taco Seasoning
  6. Take 1 envelope Ranch mix
  7. Take 24 oz Can of black beans (drained)
  8. Use 1/4 cup chopped onion
  9. Take Jalapenos, cheese, sour cream

  1. Add canned corn (keep fluid) to crockpot
  2. Add everything else into crockpot except jalapenos, cheese, and sour cream. Drain black beans. Stir
  3. Turn crockpot on low and cook for 6-8 hours
  4. Once cooked shred chicken (I use a fork) then stir.
  5. Serve with jalapenos, cheese, and sour cream on top to your taste
