- You need 1 small pack glass noodles
- You need 1 pack mix stir fried vegetables
- You need 2-3 spring onions (finely sliced)
- Use 1 egg
- You need 2 clove garlic
- Prepare 1/2 pack spring roll sheets
- Prepare 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Take 1 tsp soysauce
- Provide 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Take 1 tsp sugar
- Take Ground pepper
- Take 1 cup vegetable cooking oil

- Put some hot water into glass noodles and let it soaked for 10min, drained water off and cut the noodles up a little.

- Roll your spring roll up and secure the end bit with water. Keep doing it until you finish the filling
- Fry them on medium high heat wok or pan use about 1 cup of vegetable oil for 5-6 min each side. Serve it with sweet and chilli sauce.
