  1. Take 800 g (28.21 oz) Salmon fillet *200 g × 4
  2. You need 600 g (21.16 oz) Frozen spinach *150 g × 4
  3. Get 1 Corn ear
  4. Provide 20 g (0.70 oz) Butter *5 g × 4
