- In a pan add sugar and water and 2 crushed elaichi and kesar and cook till sugar is completely dissolved.Cook for 3 more mins.
- Let sugar syrup cool little. It should be warm. Dip the fried bread pieces and remove it in a plate. Garnish with chopped almonds and cashews.
- Note: Allow the sugar syrup to cool a little. It should be warm but not hot. If u add the bread pieces in hot syrup it will become soggy.
