- Use large green bell peppers
- Provide Salt
- You need lean ground mince
- Prepare medium onion, finely chopped
- You need garlic cloves, minced

- Cut off the tops of the green peppers so that they are all the same height. Remove and discard the seeds and membranes. Keep the tops.
