  1. Provide 1 package (6 links) Italian turkey sausage
  2. You need 1 package (1-1.5 pound) of lean ground beef
  3. Prepare 4 cups beef stock
  4. Get 1 jar marinara sauce
  5. You need 1 can (15 ounce) chopped tomatoes flavored with basil, garlic, and oregano
  6. Prepare 8 ounces chopped onion
  7. Get 4 ounces celery
  8. Use 4 ounces chopped carrot
  9. Get 8 ounces chopped green bell pepper
  10. Provide Fresh parsley, garlic paste, Italian herbs

  1. In the insta-pot sauté the mirepoix for a few minutes while you remove the casings from the sausage links. Add the meat in and then use a meat chopper, keep stirring and chopping to ensure it is broken up well and evenly distributed
