The ingredients needed to prepare Vanilla ice cream:
  1. Use 500 ml milk
  2. Take 1 tsp vanilla essence
  3. Use 300 gm Fresh cream
  4. Use 1 cup sugar
Instructions to make Vanilla ice cream:
  1. Take 500ml of milk in a pan bring it to one boil. Add vanilla essence to it.
  2. Add 1cup sugar to it boil the milk in a medium flame till milk reduce to 1/4th. Condensing the milk.
  3. Take 300gm of chilled fresh cream. Beat it for 2min using a electric beater. Add the prepared condenced milk and again beat it for 2min.
  4. Keep it in freeze for 1hr then again beat it for 2-3 min. If it is very thick add little milk and mix it. Pour the mixture to a bowl. Cover witha aluminium foil and keep it in freezer for overnight.
