  1. Use 2 cup Whole Milk
  2. Use 1 cup Amul fresh cream
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Corn flour
  4. You need To taste Powder sugar
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Steps to make Vanilla Ice cream:
  1. Take 4 tbsp milk. Add 1 tsp corn flour mix it properly. Boil the remaining milk in a pan. Add corn flour mixture and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a bowl take 1 cup amul fresh cream. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence. Mix..it properly. Pour the mixture in a plastic container

  4. After 2 hrs take out from the fridge and grind again for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a plastic container. Again keep in a fridge for 5 to 6 hrs.After 5 hrs. take out from the fridge.
