  1. Boil 300ml milk
  2. In extra 200ml milk add milk powder,gms powder, cmc powder,cornflour mix well
  3. Pour in the boiling milk and let it boil for 5 min
  4. When milk thickens freeze it in airtight container for 5-6hours
  5. Now take freezed mixer of icecream from fridge and add whipped cream and vanilla extract now beat it with beater and beat till mixure which is at the bottom of pan goes to top of the pan
  6. And when it perfectly thickens freeze it in airtight container for 8-9 hours
  7. Ice cream is ready now you can serve it with different toppings and dressing
