- Prepare 2 Cup all purpose flour/Maida
- Prepare 1/4 tablespoon Baking Powder
- Get 1/4 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

- You need 1 Packet Dry Active Yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- Get 3-4 tablespoon Coconut sugar
- Get 1/2 cup Soy milk

- Get 1/2 cup powder sugar
- Provide 2-3 tablespoon melted (any) vegan butter
- You need 2-3 tablespoon warm water

- Take a small bowl. Add warm soy milk, sugar and mix well till dissolve completely. Add dry yeast, mix it, cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes or till yeast will become foamy.

- Heat oil in a deep pan, fry the donuts on a medium flame till golden brown, remove it on absorbent paper and keep aside.

- Take a small bowl for sugar glaze. Add powder sugar, melted vegan butter, warm water, mix it well and make syrup.
