  1. You need one large Persimmon
  2. Use Pancake mix
  3. Take Butter (unsalted)
Steps to make Crispy Persimmon Scones - Made with Pancake Mix:
  1. Place the butter on top of the pancake mix, and microwave for 30 seconds until it softens. Start preheating the oven to 170°C.
  2. Mix the flour and butter with a rubber spatula by folding it into itself. It will gradually break up into small clumps.
  3. Peel the skins off the persimmons, cut into 1cm pieces, and mix it in. If you steam the persimmons to soften them, then you can just place them on top and squish them.
