- Prepare Bread Slices
- Provide whole Chicken Breast (cubed)
- Provide Scotch bonnet Pepper (as desired)

Steps to make Chicken Sandwich:
- To make the sandwich filling. Place a pan on medium heat, add vegetable oil. Saute onion for about 2 minutes. Add chicken breast. Saute for a minute.

- Add black pepper. Keep stir frying until chicken is perfectly cooked. Finally add parsley, stir and take off the heat to cool completely.
