- For chicken preparation: wash chicken cubes and then put them in a pan add 2tbsp soya sauce, 1/2tsp green chilli paste, 1tbsp vinegar, 1/2tsp garlic powder, 1tsp of black pepper and salt to taste..

- Now for Mayo sauce preparation take a bowl add 4tbsp of mayyonies, finely chopped 2garlic cloves, 1.5tsp milk and 2tbsp of shredded cheddar cheese mix it well and put aside
- Now for assembling at first apply ghee over bread and toast them then apply the prepared sauce over all slices then put shredded chicken on one slice and cover it with another slice then put egg over it and then cover it… Then serve with fries, coleslaw and Mayo sauce…
