- You need 5 lb Pork or Beef Ribs
- Use 1 dehydrated Tangerine crushed into powder
- Use 2 tbsp Caraway Seeds
- Get 2 tbsp Celery Salt
- Prepare 2 tbsp Lemon Pepper
- Use 2 tbsp Garlic Salt (Coat evenly on both halves of ribs)
