The ingredients needed to prepare Crispy BAKED Potato Skins:
- Take 2 large russet potatoes
- Use 1 enough melted butter or margarine or oil to coat potato skins
- Prepare 2 strips of cooked bacon (crumbled)
- Use 1 diced tomato
- Use 1/2 Green pepper and yellow pepper
- Take 1 sliced Green onion
- Get 1/4 cup shredded cheese (any kind will work)
- Get 1/4 cup salsa and sour cream, and more for dipping
