  2. Get 2 tbsp Vegetable oil or olive oil
  3. Provide 1 lb Elbow macaroni
  4. Prepare 3 tsp Buttter
  5. Get 1 tsp Flour
  6. Prepare 2 1/2 cup Milk
  7. Get 1 cup Sour cream
  8. You need 1 1/3 lb Shredded cheese
