  1. Provide 250 gms Masoor Dal (red lentil)
  2. Use 4 tbsp Ghee
  3. Get 1 tbsp gum raisins(gond)
  4. Prepare 100 gms Powdered Sugar
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  6. Use as needed Almonds, chopped Pistachios for garnishing
Steps to make Masoor dal(Red lentil) ladoo:
  1. In a pan Add the masoor dal and roast it on a medium high flame till it changes colour.
  2. Once the masoor dal changes colour, transfer it on a plate and let it cool down.
  3. After the masoor dal cools down add it in the mixer grinder and grind it to a powder.
  4. In the same pan heat some ghee. Add the masoor dal powder and roast till gets a nice aroma..
  5. Add gum raisins..Mix well..
