- Make bone by burdock. If you can't find burdock, I hear parsnip is similar to burdock. Cut the burdock into 10cm and make V shape cutting for both ends.
- Shave the outside of V shape end into slightly thinner as shown in picture.
- Bone is finished! Boil them until they become soft with salted water.
