- Provide 2 x 180g portion of salmon
- You need 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
- You need 3 teaspoons butter
- You need 5 stalks cavalo nero or kale, chopped up
- Use 250 g dried penne pasta
- Get Olive oil
- Prepare Salt
- You need Freshly grated parmesan
- Prepare 1/4 cup double cream

- Preheat oven to 180C. Place salmon portions skin side down onto a baking tray. Season with salt and pepper.
