- Firstly wash chicken properly
- Take chilli and garlic in a mixture jar and grind them up
- Now take chicken and add the grinded chilli and garlic mixture and then add all the dry spices like salt, pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric, ground garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and then squeeze half a lemon over it and mix well.
- Let the chicken marinate for a minimum of 30 mins (The more, the better)
