The ingredients needed to cook Healthy Cake Pops:
- Prepare 1/2 cup Coconut flour
- Use 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- Provide 1/4 tsp Fine salt
- Provide 4 Eggs
- Take 1/2 cup Agave nectar
- Get 2 tbsp Soy or almond milk
- Prepare 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Get 1/3 cup Coconut oil (melted)
- Provide 1 packages Candy melts (optional)
- Provide 1 as needed Sprinkles (optional)
Steps to make Healthy Cake Pops:
- Preheat oven to 180°c.
- In a large bowl mix together the coconut flour, baking powder and the salt.
- Melt the coconut oil.
- Mix the eggs in to the dry ingredients and stir in the agave nectar, the milk and the vanilla extract.
- Add the melted coconut oil and stir until the batter is smooth.
- Spoon the mixture in to the cake pop mould and bake for 18-22 minutes.
- Leave to cool on a cooling tray.
- (Optional) melt the candy melts using the instructions on the packaging.
- Once melted, dip the cake pop stick into the candy melts. Put into cake pop then leave for a couple of minutes.
- Dunk the cake pops into the melted candy melts. Now sprinkle with sprinkles, leave to set for a few minutes then enjoy!
