The ingredients needed to prepare Turkey Roast:
- Use 5 kg turkey thawed
- Use 250 g butter room temperature
- You need 1/2 bunch parsley chopped
- Provide 2 cloves garlic minced
- Prepare 1/2 lemon zest
- Provide Mirepoix
Steps to make Turkey Roast:
- Dry off the turkey with kitchen towels
