The ingredients needed to make Caramel Corn:
  1. You need 1 cup butter
  2. Get 2 cup packed brown sugar
  3. Get 1 tsp salt
  4. Provide 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  5. Get 1 tsp soda( baking)
  6. Provide 8 quart popped pop corn
Instructions to make Caramel Corn:
  1. Preheat oven to 200°F. Pop popcorn
  2. Over medium heat combine first 4 ingredients.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda. Stir well.
  5. Pour over popcorn. Stir well to coat.
  6. Bake 1 hour. Stir about every 15 minutes. Bake in large roaster . ( i used a jelly roll pan lined with nonstick foil)
