  2. Provide sugar
  3. You need corn flour
  4. Provide CMC powder
  5. Get GMC powder
  6. Get milk powder
  7. Provide drops of yellow colour

Instructions to make Butter scotch:
  1. First in a pan take milk in room temperature add sugar, cornflour powder, milk powder, GMC powder and CMC powder and mix it well for 3- 4minutes
  2. Now heat milk until single boil comes. stir it continuously. Let it cool and pour milk in airtight container. Keep this container in freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
  3. Now in a flat Pan roast cashew nuts and almonds. Keep aside dry fruits. In a same pan at sugar make caramel when sugar is melting add roasted dry fruits mix it well with the help of spatula. On a rolling board apply some oil pour caramel from pan and roll it with roller like a chapati. When it's cool down crush it.(not in a mixer jar).
  4. After that keep milk container outside that we stored in the fridge earlier now at the whipped cream in it beat it with beater add essence butterscotch crush and few drops of yellow colour and caramel crush candies mix it well.
  5. Now pour it in your favourite moulds.sprinkle some caramel crush on the top of the ice cream.always keep ice cream in airtight container then cover container for mould with foil paper then cover the lid of container tightly keep in fridge for 7 to 8 hours.
  6. Before moulding ice cream Sprinkle some caramel crush on top of the ice cream.
  7. Here I am moulding ice cream in a paper cup. Now move from cups with the help of scissor like this.
  8. Now you are yummy and delicious ice cream is ready to serve.
