Steps to make Homemade Pani puri and Pani:
- In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients for puri and knead the soft dough. Rest the dough for 30 minutes to half an hour. Cover the dough with damp cloth.
- After that start making puri by rolling it into a bid disk and then cut it into round shape with a container lid or cookie cutter/ glass etc.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the puris in a hot oil on high flame.
- Blend mint, coriander, ginger and garlic in a mixer, also add tamarind pulp.
- Strain the blended mixture through strainer so that we can get smooth water.
- Add all the spices mentioned and aampanna to it and the water is ready.
- For stuffing: Boil 3-4 potatoes and mash it, add chopped onions (optional), cumin ground, chat masala, 1 tbsp saunf and strained mint extract, mix well and here the stuffing is ready.
