  2. Get finely chopped fresh fenugreek leaves

Steps to make Stuffed Theplas:
  1. To make Thepla dough.. mix all in ingredients mentioned for it in mixing bowl,add little little paneer whey and bind into semi soft dough. Keep cover for 10 mins. Knead dough and make 4 equal portions. Flattened balls..& roll each ball dusting with flour into 4"-5" round rotis.
  2. In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients for stuffing.. Divide into equal portions. Take one rolled roti/ thepla..on it spread one portion of prepared stuffing as shown.
  3. Cover with another rolled roti/ methi thepla..press all over with hand.
  4. Roast prepared stuffed thepla with oil on non stick tawa on both sides. Similarly prepare another stuffed thepla.
  5. Serve / Relish Delicious Hot Stuffed Theplas with chunda.
