- You need 800 g (approximately) beef Brisket
- You need to taste Salt and pepper
- You need 2 tbsp olive oil
- Provide 1 beef stock cube
- Prepare 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Take 1 1/2 cups red wine
- Provide 1 large onion, sliced
- Take 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- Provide 2 dried bay leaves

- Remove string from the Brisket and season well with salt.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large frying pan and brown on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
