- Take 500 grams Beef brisket or other cut of beef, thinly sliced
- Prepare 1 Onion
- Use Seasoning ingredients:
- Use 300 ml Water
- Take 3 tbsp each Soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar
- Take 1 Pickled red ginger (beni-shouga)
- Take 1 tsp Hon-Dashi dashi stock granules
