- You need 8-10 small eggplants, slit crosswise
- Take 1/2 cup roasted chana dal, powdered
- Prepare 1/2 small mango, grated
- Use to taste salt
- You need 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- You need 1 tsp. red chilli powder
