- Mix all ingredients for the koobideh and form into six logs. You may need to add more or less flour to get your logs to form properly.
- Either grill or fry your koobideh until brown on the outside and the internal temperature reads 165°f, turning halfway.
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium high heat. Add garlic and fry until brown, few minutes.
- Add onion and pepper and fry until just barely firm. Add tomatoes and finish cooking through.
