The ingredients needed to make Aloo Kachori:
  1. You need 1 Cup Boiled mash Potato
  2. Use 1 Cup Plain Flour
  3. Get 1/4 Cup Semolina
  4. Take Pinch Of Soda Bi-Carb
  5. Provide 2-3 Chopped Green Chili
  6. Take 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
  7. Provide 1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
  8. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  9. Take 1/2 Cup Curd
  10. Take 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  11. Take Oil
  12. Take Salt

Instructions to make Aloo Kachori:
  1. First will make dough. Take Plain flour and semolina in one bowl. add salt, cumin seeds, soda bi-carb and oil in it. Make a well and add 1 tbsp of curd and water as required to make stiff dough. Brush some oil on top of dough
  2. Keep dough aside atleast for 1 hr. Later make even balls out of it and use roll and fold technique to make cover flakey and crispy. Now again give it a rest for few minutes
  3. To make stuffing just add green chili, salt, chat masala, coriander in Boiled potato.
  4. Now stuff our stuffing in dough and make round shape. And gently press it with fingers to make it flat. Dont press too much as we don not want stuffing to come out.
  5. Heat some oil for deep frying and deep fry kachoris on low flame till it turn golden brown.
  6. Serve it with pudina Chutney, Curd and sev.
