- Use 600 gms mutton mince
- Get 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tbspn red chilli powder
- You need 1 tsp turmeric powder

- Take 1 tsp garam masala powder

Steps to make Mutton pie:
- Wash the mutton kheema well (make sure the kheema is dry) add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder, coriander powder,garam masala powder, turmeric powder and some chopped green chillies mix well add fried onions mix it add boiled potato (or bread), coriander leaves and mint leaves,add little oil mix it well and marinate for 2 to 4 hours!
- Grease the pan with little oil add this marinated kheema set it properly! Now whisk eggs by addin salt to it and add the eggs mixture on the top of the kheema, put this tray in a preheated oven for 45 to 50 mins on 200 degree, once the top eggs are cooked completely the pie is Ready!
