The ingredients needed to cook Mirchi wada:
  1. Provide 250 gms potatoes boil & mash
  2. Prepare 8-10 garlic pods
  3. Take 4-5 green chillies
  4. Provide 2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. You need 2 tsp amchur powder
  6. Use 2 tsp chat masala
  7. Provide 2 tsp garam masala

  1. Firstly boil potatoes and mash them.
  2. Coarsely grind garlic & green chillies.

  5. Now take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add the ginger paste and saute for 2-3 mins.
  6. Now add the aloo mixture and mix well cook for 4-5 mins…

  8. Batter should not be very thin.
  9. Now take the big mirchi give a slit in the centre.
  10. Now take some potato filling and fill it in the mirchi.
  11. Press it with your hand so that the filling gets stuck well inside the mirchi.
  12. In this way fill all the mirchi.
  13. Heat oil in a kadhai dip the mirchi well in besan batter and deep fry on medium flame till golden in colour.
