- Take 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- Take Small clove garlic, crushed
- Prepare 1/2 lemon zested

- Fry onion w garlic til soft. Add mushrooms and butter, sauté until golden. Remove from pan.

- Fry beef for two mins til brown but still pink inside, turning. Stir mushroom /onion mix back in, add brandy and reduce for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cream and coriander.
