  1. Take 8 oz (half a pound) pork brains (I used frozen, thawed them first)
  2. Take 1/2 onion, small
  3. You need 2 cloves garlic
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  5. You need 3 large eggs
  6. You need 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon milk
  8. You need 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Rinse fresh brains in water to remove blood.

  4. Chop onion, a smaller dice I think is better.
