The ingredients needed to prepare Juicy Chicken Lollipops:
- Use 1/2 kg boneless chicken
- You need 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- You need 5-6 cloves garlic
- Provide 1 medium sized onion
- You need 1-2 green chillies
- Provide 1/2 tsp all spice powder or garam masala powder

- Use 1-2 tbsp corn flour
- You need 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- Prepare To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions to make Juicy Chicken Lollipops:
- Preparation for chicken Lollipops……..this section is optional but will tenderize the chicken and keep it juicy. Add 3-4 tbsp curd to a bowl and whisk it. Then pour 1 cup water and salt. Place the chicken in it for 1 hour to overnight to tenderize.
- Drain off the buttermilk. Put the chicken pieces into the food processor along with onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and dry spices. Grind everything together.
- Remove the chicken mixture in a bowl and mix in the corn flour. Check seasoning and make balls out of the mixture. Flatten then a bit and insert ice cream sticks in each ball to make Lollipops. Heat oil and fry the Lollipops in hot oil(I have cooked them in air fryer).Serve the hot lollipops with your favorite dip.
