- Provide 300 gm chicken breasts ( boneless), cut into strips

- Provide 1 tbsp minced ginger

- Use 2 & 1/2 tsp red chilli , minced

- Add ginger, garlic,spring onions,onion and red chillies. Saute until soft and the ginger and garlic release their aromas.
