Steps to make Bar.B.Q Platter:
- Mix all ingredients of chicken makhni boti coat chicken and veggies well and rest 2 to 3 hours or overnight and bbq it or pan fry and give coal smoke.
- Mix all ingredients of Malai boti marinate chicken well rest 2 to 3 hours or overnight and bbq it or pan fry and give coal smoke.
- Mix all ingredients of Haryali boti marinate chicken well rest 2 to 3 hours or overnight and bbq it or pan fry and give coal smoke.
- For Green Chutney Blend all the ingredients and save in airtight bottle.
- For Mint Imli Chutney soak tamarind in 1-1/2 cup water for 15 minutes. - rub with fingers,throw seeds. - In blender add mint,green chili, garlic,roasted cumin, with 1/4 cup water, chop them fine. - Now add tamarind paste and salt and blend again. - Imli mint chutney is ready.
- For Mint Raita add all the ingredients and 1/4 cup water, except yoghurt in a blender and blend well. - Now add yoghurt, and run the blender for 10 seconds, don’t over beat it with yoghurt. - Podina raita is ready.
