  3. In a wok heat ghee add cardamom pod after a few seconds add mashed shakr qandi
  4. Bhonofy it well
  5. Meanwhile make sheera in a separate pan (sugar with water)
  6. When shakr qandi slightly change in colour add milk little by little at a time n again bhonofy
  7. When mixture absorbed all milk then add sheera lastly
  8. Again bhonofy when mixture leaves ghee n absorbed all syrup
  9. Transfer into greased tray
  10. When completely cool apply chandi warq & cut into desired shape
  11. Tadda ready to eat
  12. Note if u don’t want to made sherra separately Jst dissolves sugar in milk & add it
