  1. Prepare 1/2 kg Sweet Potato (boiled and mashed)

  3. Prepare 400 gm Milkmaid

  2. In a heavy bottom pan add ghee, add shakarkandi and cook 4_5 minutes.

  4. Keep on cooking till it starts leaving the sides of pan and changes into a lump.
