- Prepare as needed Water
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- You need Sauce
- Prepare 4 tsp oil
- You need 2-3 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- Use 1/2 cup Water
- You need 1 tsp soya sauce
- Take 1 tsp Conflour mixed in 4 spoons water
- Take To taste Salt
Steps to make Veg Lollipops:
- Mix all the ingredients as shown in "lollipop mixture" in a bowl. Add red food colour to the mixture if you want. Mix all the ingredients well.
- After all the ingredients are mixed, give them the shape of lollipops. You can use ice cream sticks. Now stick those lollipops to the ice cream sticks. Or else give them any shape you want
- Now when lollipops are prepared form the coating as shown in the ingredients "For coating" Keep consistency a bit thick. Then dip those lollipops in that mixture.
- Now heat oil in a pan and and fry lollipops when oil is heated fully otherwise your lollipops will break.
- So lollipops are fried and prepared by now.
- Now for sauce put 4-5 teaspoons of oil in a pan and then add some ginger garlic paste, then add red chilli powder and red chilli sauce and mix them well after that add some water and stir them. Add 1 tablespoon of soya sauce and that corn flour paste in the mixture. Cook it for 3 minutes. Sauce is ready.
