  1. We will take a bowl and add into flour,salt,desi ghee,ajwain now rubing it for one mint now.we will add water as required,Knead it for 5 - 6 mints and make a soft dough now cover it with cloth and keep.it aside for rest only 30mints.
  2. First of all we will take a pan and add into oil and onion,green chilli saute for 1 minute.
  3. Now add cashew nuts,amchoor powder, salt,boiled channa,jalebi and mix well and cook it few minutes.
  4. When it is ready we will take out it in a plate and keep it aside fir cool.
  5. Now we will check out our dough it is ready we will take a small piece of dough and make a small.puri.
  6. Now add our delicious stuffing.and make a small.samosa.
  7. Now take a pan add into cooking oil and fry it on normal heat or medium flame.
  8. When it is look golden brown we will take out in a plate and serve it with lemon if you want.
