- Prepare For Channa
- Take 2 tbsp coriander powder,

- Use as needed Carrom seeds, chilli flakes, oil to fry
Instructions to make Festival food:
- Halwa : Heat ghee in a wok, add semolina and saute till it turns brownish and fragrant. Boil sugar in water and add in semolina. Add nuts and stir constantly till it leaves the sides of the wok.
- Potato Curry: Heat oil in a large Pan, add cumin seeds and chopped green chilies and ginger, saute, add tomato paste and saute.Add salt, turmeric, spices and boiled potatoes slightly mashed. Add water and boil till cooked
- Black Channa: Heat a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds and chopped green chilies and ginger. Add salt, Chanamasala, soaked Chana and water. Cook till completely done
- Masala Puri : Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough with little water. Make Puris and serve.
