- You need 2 C rice
- Provide 3 2/3 C water
- Provide 1 1/2 C cream
- Provide 8 oz diced green chiles

- Bring rice, water, 2 T butter, and a pinch of salt to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Let steam for 5 minutes before removing lid.
