- You need 1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts, halved
- Take 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Provide 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- You need 1/2 cup fontina cheese, grated, optional
- Get 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Take 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Use 1 egg
- You need 1 sprig fresh rosemary, minced
- Use 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Prepare 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Use 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
