The ingredients needed to cook Homemade Chocolate:
- Provide 3/4 Cup Drinking Chocolate Powder
- You need 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- Prepare 1/4 Cup Milk Powder
- You need 1/2 cup Icing Sugar Powder
- Take as required Water to knead dough
- Use As needed Ghee to apply on plate
Steps to make Homemade Chocolate:
- Mix all dry ingredients together and add water drop by drop to knead dough. If your dough is too sticky then add milk powder to make non-sticky dough.
- Spread 1 tsp ghee on the plate. Now spread the chocolate mixture on plate. (You can also sprinkle some roasted dry-fruits over chocolate mixture.)
- Keep chocolate plate in the freezer for half an hour. - Then cut the pieces with a knife. Once again place the plate in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
